Resources for Oncology Providers
You’re dedicated to caring for your patients as they go through the battle of their lives. Your whole goal is to get them through treatment. So it can be tough to add survivorship care to that workload, especially non-medical issues your patients will deal with like the challenges of re-entry into daily life, coping with loneliness or lack of direction, or accepting with their new limitations.

Let me help you help your team! I’m available to consult on how to build a survivorship program or strengthen you current one. I can work with you in whatever way suits you best, such as on-site or remote sessions with you or your team members as well as print and electronic resources.

I am uniquely equipped to help you build your survivorship program. My training in resilience and extensive research has all been focused on the challenges survivors face after treatment. Going through cancer treatment 3 times has immersed me in the services you give to your patients and the challenges that come with it.

I bring a unique mix of strengths to the oncology provider community, including:
-
Deep training in resilience that’s applied directly to cancer survivors and patients
-
Five years of direct experience in hospital settings, first as a Nursing Aid and then as a Communications team member
-
Decades of work in nonprofit team-building and organizational change leadership
-
Plus countless hours spent with providers in the ER, surgery prep rooms, recovery rooms, chemo drip rooms, rehab clinics and home care.

So get hold of me through the contact form, and let’s talk. I’d love to help your team move one step further on the survivorship journey, so you can prepare your patients for life when they walk out your doors!
